Our sober living home in Charleston is the perfect place for men who are serious about maintaining their sobriety. No matter where you are in your recovery journey, our Charleston sober living community will help you build a strong recovery foundation, meet new friends, and provide the supportive environment you need to accomplish your short and long-term goals. This property is centrally located with a bus route within a two minute walk, which makes it ideal location to manage your sobriety without a car.
Our aim is to provide healthy housing communities for those struggling to transition into a life new way of life without mind altering substances. House Amenities and Costs
- 6 bedrooms. *Everyone has their own room. Newest resident must walk through another resident’s bedroom to access their space, but room is private.
- Centrally located. 5 minute walk to grocery store, 2 AA meetings, convenience store and neighborhood restaurants. 2 minute walk to bus route.
- Convenient parking on street or driveway with space for 4 cars.
- Hugh garage that acts as a storage unit for residents.
- Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor cooking with Big Green Egg and regular and hibachi grills.
- High speed internet, HD smart TVs and streaming services.
- Fully equipped laundry room.
- 5 minute walk to Hampton Park with scenic views that are ideal for meditating or exercising.
- $300 non-refundable move in fee.
- $165 per week due at each Monday night house meeting.
- $465 due at move in and $165 weekly.
- Utilities are included with program fees – electricity, water, high-speed internet, cable, and trash.
- All drug and breathalyzer testing are included as part of the monthly program fee. Random drug test throughout stay.
