- Located in the center of West Ashley. 10 minutes drive to downtown Charleston and 10 minute drive to highway.
- Hundreds of community AA meetings less than 15 minute away.
- 5 minute walk to bus route.
- Convenient parking with space for 6 vehicles.
- Building that acts as a storage unit for residents if needed.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Large living space with high speed internet, HD smart TVs and sound system.
- Fully equipped laundry room.
- $300 non-refundable move in fee.
- $150 per week due at each Monday night house meeting.
- $450 due at move in and $150 weekly.
- Utilities are included with program fees – electricity, water, high-speed internet, cable, cleaning supplies and trash.
- All drug and breathalyzer testing are included as part of the monthly program fee. Random drug test throughout stay.
