Our TEAM

Meet The Team

Founded by recovering addicts and alcoholics, Right2Live Recovery is experienced in dealing with the struggles and hurdles our guests will face daily in this new way of life. Regaining sight of the beauty in what this life has to offer may seem all but unreachable in early recovery. Therefore, our spiritual group structure; house organization and fellow member accountability is essential to our group model.

Austin, DJ, and Kenny met in the spring of 2020 as Covid-19 began taking a toll on sober living communities throughout the country. They moved into an Oxford House together and began forming a strong bond as the nation remained on lockdown. Being an addict that works a program is tough in general, but when meetings, which is an essential tool to sobriety is taken away, it makes it even harder than before. They quickly realized how lucky they were to be in the position were they had each other to rely on and decided that more people should have the same opportunity they had received. They wanted to take the lessons they had learned and the experience of their separate recovery journeys over the past 5 years and put it into a new, local houses where addicts can come to live and start their own sober living. Each member of this group brings a very unique set of skills that will help make Right2Live into a sober living community that has the potential to change lives.

Daniel Falcioni

Daniel was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He attended Robert Morris University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. He has previous work experience in business consulting, banking, real estate and sales for multiple Fortune 500 companies.  After college he moved to Austin, TX where he spent time volunteering at one of the nation’s best recovery centers to help fellow addicts and alcoholics. Daniel moved to the Charleston area in early 2020 to continue his sobriety and grow in the fellowship. He saw an increasing demand for a sober living community in the Charleston area headed the effort to build Right2Live Recovery.

James (Kenny) Lynn

Kenny was born and raised in Charleston, SC. He attended Wando High school in Mt. Pleasant. Kenny finished high school and went on to be trained as a Union Ironworker (Local 601) in the state of South Carolina for over 10 years.  He now successfully manages a commercial HVAC team in downtown Charleston.  Kenny has been in recovery for over 4 years and actively participates in service to the recovery community here in Charleston. He donates a large portion of his time to giving back to the community, local churches and uses his acquired skills in construction to help improve the lives of his fellow recovering alcoholics and addicts.

Austin Matte

Austin was born just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. He is 25 years old and moved to Charleston in 2015 to start his recovery journey. He has worked in the hospitality industry in Charleston since he moved here and is currently on track to finish real estate school and become a registered real estate agent. He is well known face in the Charleston recovery community and hopes to help grow Right2Live into a local strongpoint for sober living. After struggling on and off with addiction since the age of 14 he knows the reality of how difficult it is to get and stay sober. He hopes that with a stable sober environment that an addict can call home will make the transition into living a sober life just a little bit easier.
